Most executive coaching stops at the conversation. This starts at the body.
Every client wears a sensor. We work from what's actually happening inside you — sleep architecture, heart-rate variability and nervous-system regulation, blood work — and turn that live signal into the daily decisions that compound into a different kind of performance.
It's the same methodology trusted by special operators, elite surgical teams, and professional athletes — pointed, often for the first time, at you. Delivered one-to-one or as a 90-day or six-month group program, with live biometric review and an aggregate dashboard for leadership.
HRV-based stress & recovery, read from the body in real time.
Architecture, not just hours — the foundation under everything.
The metrics under the hood, tracked and acted on over time.
One model that ties signal, biology, and behavior together.

Pioneering High Performance Medicine® and backing humanity's boldest endeavors.

Brian Ferguson has spent his career in the collision — where national security, frontier technology, and human biology meet, and where the cost of getting it wrong is highest.
He began as a Navy SEAL officer, deploying to Afghanistan and across the Middle East, after earlier years in national security at the Pentagon and the White House. Embedded in special operations and emerging technology, he became fixed on a single question: what actually lets a person stay clear, calm, and capable when everything is on the line?
That question became his life's work. He founded Arena Labs to pioneer High Performance Medicine® — bringing the tools of the world's top performers to the frontline doctors and nurses on surgical, trauma, ICU, and emergency teams. In 2018 he co-founded The Liminal Collective to support humanity's boldest endeavors, from space travel to deep-sea exploration.
Today he advises the Brooklyn Nets, serves on faculty at Singularity University, stays close to Veteran transition work, and coaches C-suite leaders, professional athletes, and national security professionals around the world. He'd rather show you the signal than tell you the story.
